"This package contains four mixes: American White Rye, Buttermilk Wheat, Red River Valley Settlers, and Anadama. Each mix makes a large loaf. SAF yeast packets are enclosed. You provide only water and butter/oil. Directions and tips for perfect bread are included. You can make this bread in your bread machine, by hand, or with a stand-type mixer. You'll love this American White Rye Bread. It's made with white rye flour for an almost sourdough-like taste. (The caraway seeds are packaged separately so you can leave those out if you prefer--it's a very mild bread without the caraway seeds.) The Buttermilk Wheat is a light wheat bread, a soft, moist, bread made with both whole wheat and white flours. The Red River Valley Settlers is a hearty, nine-grain wheat bread. And then we included our new Anadama Bread, our favorite toast bread, with the crunch of stone ground corn. We think you will love each of these unique breads. Try them in this handy four pack and then stock up on your favorites.
""I've used my bread machine maybe 20 times in five years. Now I can mix up a batch in five minutes."""
